Ashley Winter is a seasoned Director of Construction & Valuations with a proven track record of excellence in the construction lending environment.
With 16 years of experience in construction management, real estate valuations, and project oversight. Ashley has played a pivotal role in shaping high-quality developments and ensuring strategic asset value. Prior to their current role at Build Check Pro, Ashley built a distinguished career in both Construction and Valuations with companies including Caliber Home Loans, Homepoint Financial, and most recently Lima One Capital.
Committed to innovation and excellence, Ashley Winter thrives on optimizing processes, fostering collaboration, and maintaining the highest industry standards. Their leadership, coupled with deep industry knowledge, makes them a trusted advisor and a driving force behind successful construction and valuation projects.
Leo Benatar
Director of Sales & Business Development
Leonardo Benatar brings extensive experience in private lending operations, construction management, and architectural engineering to Build Check Pro.
He has worked extensively within private lending environments, where he managed and scaled the Draws Department at RBI Private Lending, developing standardized processes to improve efficiency, documentation quality, and risk management across construction disbursements. In parallel, Leonardo served as a Construction Manager for RBI Development, overseeing all phases of construction execution and implementing cost control measures across active projects.
Earlier in his career, he spent four years at Prime Group, a real estate development and general contracting firm. Leonardo holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from the University of Miami and a Master of Science in International Real Estate from Florida International University. He is a licensed Certified General Contractor and holds a Florida Real Estate Sales Associate license.
